 These costs include railway tariff, loading and unloading, cargo security during the transportation. Accountability for the safety of cargo is calculated based upon 10 000 rubles per cbm or 20 000 rubles per ton depending on the total volume/weight of the cargo, which is transported. In case of non-appearance of the client for receiving the cargo in scheduled time, the cost of demurrage of the integrity of the seals, are charged by customer. If the cargo needs additional package or special container equipment for its security during the transportation, the cost of done work and expended materials are counted separately.
In case of the weight of 1 cbm of cargo does not exceed 450 kg the cost of the transportation is calculated by the volume. Loading density coefficient is assumed to be 1.1. The proposed criterion does not take into account technological necessity to ensure the safety of cargo.
If the mechanical loading is impossible, we may offer annual one. The cost of annual loading is 130 rubles per cbm (the length of one package does not exceed 4 meters). The cost of bulky cargo loading by tug & tow is 200 rubles per tray. The recovery of documents issued "TransEksRegion" and lost by consignee, we take 10 rubles per copy. Entering the station is paid. There is an additional fee for loading after 21.00 at Moscow-Tovarnaya-Poveletskaya: less then 10 ton – 150 rubles, less then 10 cbm – 100 rubles.
