Guidelines on providing of road and shipping services for Novosibirsk
1. Applications on delivery are accepted from 9.00 to 16.00, not later than the day before the delivery by phone (3822) 652-293, 652-297 (forwarding department ).
2. Applicacations on delivery should include the following information:
- the exact address of delivery (provide map if necessary);
- The delivery date and time interval (not less than 1 hour), to which the load must be delivered;

- Kind of cargo, tonnage (in tons), volume (in cubic meters), the number of packages (all additional costs connected with incorrect assessment of tonnage, volume, quantity of the goods are charged by Client);

- the neсessity of security;
- the necessity of loaders .
3. Outgiving of the goods is made if the consignee attorney and passport.
